• Location data: approximate or precise location when enabled, used to show nearby BlueDiesel AdBlue refill kiosks and support app functionality.
• Transaction data: AdBlue dispensing records, kiosk or station details, product volume, amount, timestamps, wallet activity, payment references, receipts, refunds, and support records.
• Payment-related data: payment method references, wallet top-up records, purchase history, and payment status information. Card or bank details may be handled by payment processors such as Fiuu and are not stored by us unless expressly stated.
• Device and technical data: device identifiers, IP address, session metadata, app logs, fraud-prevention signals, and diagnostics.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create, authenticate, and manage your account.
• To process wallet top-ups, payment holds, refunds, and AdBlue refill transactions.
• To show nearby kiosks and support kiosk operations.
• To generate receipts, transaction history, and customer support records.
• To detect fraud, investigate disputes, protect payment integrity, and keep the service safe.
• To comply with legal, tax, accounting, audit, safety, and regulatory obligations.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal data. We may share information where necessary with:

• Payment processors, banks, card schemes, and e-wallet providers to authorize, settle, reverse, or investigate payments.
• Cloud hosting, communications, analytics, support, compliance, and professional service providers.
• BlueDiesel kiosk operators or service teams where needed to operate or troubleshoot dispensing services.
• Regulators, auditors, courts, law enforcement, or other parties where required by law or necessary to protect our rights, users, or systems.

4. Cross-Border Data Transfers

Some of our service providers, including cloud hosting and payment infrastructure providers, may process personal data outside Malaysia. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure the data receives a level of protection comparable to that required under Malaysian law, including through contractual safeguards with those providers.
