Do you supply AdBlue® at truck depots or highway stops?
We deliver directly to depots, bus terminals, and logistics hubs. Highway rest-stop delivery can be arranged by appointment.
How fast can AdBlue® be delivered?
Delivery lead time is typically 2–4 hours in Klang Valley, Johor, and Penang. Remote areas may take longer depending on stock location.
Do you serve cross-border fleets to Singapore or Thailand?
Yes. Many prime mover operators schedule top-ups in Johor before SG entry or in Northern Malaysia before heading to Thailand.
Which is best for small trucking firms — 20L cartons or IBC?
For <5 vehicles, 20l cartons are easier to handle. for>10 vehicles, IBC bulk reduces cost/litre and simplifies storage.
Can I refill my own AdBlue® tanks?
Always use closed-loop pumps or nozzles to avoid contamination. Manual pouring is not recommended as it may damage SCR systems.
What happens if my truck runs out of AdBlue®?
Engines with SCR will enter limp mode, limiting power and speed. Always keep 10–20L spare in the cab for long-haul trips.
Is AdBlue® mandatory for Euro 5 prime movers in Malaysia?
Yes. All Euro 4/5/6 diesel trucks with SCR require AdBlue® to meet emission standards. Non-compliance may lead to fines or breakdowns.
How do I train my drivers to handle AdBlue®?
